AT&T Sales Associate

As a AT&T Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person for customers seeking the latest in wireless technology, entertainment, and home improvement. The primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the right devices, plans, and accessories to meet the clients needs. You will be the face of our client's brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of the brand, thereby fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and offer insights to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated AT&T Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Houston. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with AT&T customers, offering them tailored solutions for their wireless, internet, and communication needs. This is a client-facing position where you will provide guidance on service plans, answer questions, and help customers choose the best options based on their unique needs. You will work from our office in Houston with occasional on-site visits to meet with clients. If you're passionate about sales and enjoy helping people, this role is perfect for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with AT&T customers to assess and understand their individual service requirements.

  • Explain AT&T's products and services in an easy-to-understand, friendly manner.

  • Assist customers in selecting wireless and communication solutions that best meet their needs.

  • Stay up-to-date on current promotions, plans, and product offerings.

  • Accurately process service orders and provide support for account updates.

  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills.

  • Represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

  • Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to exceed performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Reliable transportation to the office and customer appointment locations.

  • Professional, friendly, and energetic attitude.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

  • Open to constructive feedback and eager to learn new skills.

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
