Customer Sales Associate

We’re looking for Customer Sales Associates who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to work face-to-face with individuals and small businesses. This is a professional, office-based sales role (not retail or call center), where you'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients’ products and services—providing recommendations, consultations, and building customer relationships that last.
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Houston, TX office.

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Houston, TX office. Remote work is not available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and small businesses in a consultative, solution-oriented manner

  • Conduct on-site and in-office consultations to understand client needs and present tailored service options

  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to help them make informed decisions

  • Accurately process service orders, updates, and feedback in internal systems

  • Build rapport with clients through professional and engaging communication

  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed both individual and team-based performance goals

  • Contribute to local brand awareness and marketing initiatives

  • Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and current promotions

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences with a positive and proactive attitude

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Reliable transportation to and from our Houston office

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Driven, coachable, and highly motivated by goals

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus—but not required

  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team culture
